The two main problems with this faucet are noise and leaks. The air gap was incredibly noisy compared to my previous faucet. Also, the air gap leaked a bit during operation. It will come out from the air hole on the faucet body and also around the base of the faucet handle. There were no problems with the water-carrying part of the mixer, only with the air gap. I ended up installing a separate two-port channel. a slot in my sink to service both my reverse osmosis and dishwasher. I just cut the waste water lines to and from the reverse osmosis faucet, leaving just the make up line and using it as the no air gap faucet. I would give 5 stars for this feature. But as an air gap faucet it was a disappointment.
