The product is insanely good, beautiful and durable. Installation was easy and looks great. The problem: Every time water is tapped from the reverse osmosis system, the breathing hole on the side of the faucet gurgles until the reservoir under the sink is refilled. It drives my wife crazy with its sound and we use it all the time so it always ends up with that gurgling sound. Very annoying.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but this product deserves one. I replaced my old air gap reverse osmosis faucet with this one. This faucet has a million loose parts to install under the kitchen counter! Spend $20 more and get a better faucet that will save you 2 hours. In addition, after installation, there is an extremely loud gurgling of water from the air gap of the faucet (think of your personal airport in the kitchen). The two main problems with this faucet are noise and leaks. The air gap was incredibly noisy compared to my previous faucet. Also, the air gap leaked a bit during operation. It will come out from the air hole on the faucet body and also around the base of the faucet handle. There were no problems with the water-carrying part of the mixer, only with the air gap.
