Media could not be loaded. I decided to install it and I regret it now that the warranty has expired! After installation, water leaked from the air gap hole, so I assumed my drain line was clogged. Had not. I've removed the faucet and removed the drain line but it's still leaking with no hose connected (first video). Since my warranty has expired I removed the drain plug and it looks like they haven't finished working on it yet. The tip had a restriction at the top where it screwed into the faucet (first photo). I drilled from the other side until the end popped out (2nd photo). This fixed the air gap leak issue, but damn that thing is loud! It's not quiet in my house, there are a lot of fish tanks and stuff running around and I can hear this thing in different rooms. Waaaah louder than the rippling water in the sewers that people usually complain about. This is a loud, gurgling, hissing sound from a larger pitcher. Maybe it's louder because I bored out the piece, but I definitely couldn't use it that way. I would happily accept a replacement if the manufacturer is willing and I will edit my review if necessary.
