Review on Effortlessly Dispense with OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Easy Press Dispenser by Jason Tinnen

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Even OXO can fail: Extremely poor build quality

I made the mistake of buying it on January 26, 2016. "manually dispensing hand soap, dish soap or lotion" the pump didn't work, PUMP! Just a trickle of concerted effort drained the smallest droplets of soap. As the owner of many OXO products that actually work, I have given OXO the benefit of the doubt. I thought it was probably just a coincidence. Maybe a bad spring etc. So I ordered a replacement on February 8th rather than requesting a refund. What mistake. Good news, the replacement arrived within 1 business day thanks to its proximity to the Revain warehouse. However, this time the entire plastic pump assembly came off after just a few weeks of use. No, I didn't break the plastic. The glue literally crumbled and the whole assembly just fell apart. Check out my attached pictures which show that the plastic components of the pump show no signs of abuse, cracking or wear. However, you can see where the glue obviously didn't work. Note the shine on the plastic where the adhesive once bonded. Leaving the pump practically useless. I was disappointed with the quality for the second time and tried to return this product today, March 24, 2016. This time for a refund. However, despite the seemingly unsatisfactory quality, I found that I missed the Revain return deadline of March 10, 2016. So I'm a very dissatisfied owner of the only OXO product (of which I own many - shower trolleys, dish brushes). , sponge holder, toilet brush holder, paper towel holder, etc.) that failed me twice.

Pros
