I made the mistake of buying it on January 26, 2016. "manually dispensing hand soap, dish soap or lotion" the pump didn't work, PUMP! Just a trickle of concerted effort drained the smallest droplets of soap. As the owner of many OXO products that actually work, I have given OXO the benefit of the doubt. I thought it was probably just a coincidence. Maybe a bad spring etc. So I ordered a replacement on February 8th rather than requesting a refund. What mistake. Good news, the replacement arrived

This dispenser's sleek, sleek design is surprisingly light while retaining its strength and durability.
