It doesn't have a hole to lock the rear wheel but has a bottom hook. I prefer windbreaks with hooks instead of straps. I have a feeling the straps don't hold up that well and loosen up over time. This cover was advertised for my bike, but the stock turn signals were too wide for it. Not sure if the bike manufacturer or the cover is to blame, but I cut out some embossed slots at the end to allow the signals to pass through. It has good water resistance, which is key as the bike is designed for outdoor use in Florida. It lets moisture through when pulled tightly over something, but that's okay. I have already bought a #2 bike cover for bike #2. Would recommend if you are trying to save money on a budget.
