Loved the design including mounting to the back instead of the floor, height adjustable on casters and the overall look. RCH. A simple fix is to hold it in a vise and use an 18" wrench to convince it needs to be square. Check out the before and after photos (note that for some reason the system flipped the photos upside down). hold the bottom nuts in place and are invisible after installation.
