Literally just received it in the mail and installed but had to write a review. I bought it at the Cyber Monday Sale but had a long fight because there were a few random reviews that just said 'scam' and it worried me spending money on it and not something else. Definitely not a scam. We advertised everything: playpen, mat, balls, diaper trolley and pull-up rings. I start with the settings. It was relatively easy to assemble, but tedious. Lots of parts. I've seen previous reviews of similar play pins regarding missing or broken parts, but they actually each came with an extra rod and plug, which was a pleasant surprise. The instructions were just a few pictures but the instructions have a key that matches the strips and connectors so it was very easy to read and assemble. The carpet is quite thin, but it's an extra pillow that wouldn't otherwise be there and it fits in perfectly. When I decided on a playpen, I was concerned about getting a separate mat with the right dimensions. I didn't want to have to fold or cut anything. The included mat fits perfectly and has cute designs on both sides. My little one is learning how to pull herself up to get up so the hooks are a bit advanced for her but I'm sure they will come in handy for her in the weeks to come. The balls are soft, the child likes. We probably won't be using the diaper stand, but it's a nice touch and just sticks to the bars wherever you choose to place it. The game pen comes with a carrying case. The playpen is large, about 5 x 6 feet, giving my child enough space to crawl, play and explore. We have a large chimney that cannot be kept out of the children's reach by simply wrapping a baby gate around it, which, no thanks! This helps us have a solid fenced area for her to play safely. It's worth noting that this is not an approved safe place to sleep. There is no indication that it meets ASTM standards for safe sleep. So if your child needs a nap, take them to their designated safe sleeping area. In general we are very satisfied with the purchase.
