Worst fake on bed pillow

I knew it was fake when I bought it but I thought "how bad can that be?" It turns out very bad. The cooling gel does not cool, the gel padding is also hard and very uneven, the overall pillow is too hard. I've had tolerable fakes before, but this is the new low. There is not a single Comfort Revolution tag on either the pillow or the cover, but they try to pass it off as genuine by packaging it with the Comfort Revolution brand logo printed on it. We will come back in any case.
