Asus leaves you to your fate. They're not going to share your screen with you, and sometimes you want that. Apple shares the screen and all they do is point to it and you can click on it. Apple doesn't control your computer. All I'm saying is that an Asus will at least handle screen sharing. Had I known that, I would have thought a little more about buying this high-end laptop. I know how important support is. I even bought another 3 or 4 years of support. But you don't want to help? Now I had to buy a third party warranty support team to help you with all of this. This increases the final price of this laptop enormously.
