Good smart watch for heart rate monitor

*Five preset faceplates come with the smart watch, you can switch between them by tapping the watch face and then swiping left or right to select the choose you like you like. It displays most of the necessary information on the screen, especially the battery indicator, unlike the Apple Watch, you have to press a button or swipe the screen to get more information. See photos.* Pairing with a smartphone (iPhone) is very simple, follow the instructions.* Battery capacity - 160 mAh. Although the battery is small, it can last about 3 days without charging. Of course, this depends on how you use the watch, but with normal use it can take around 2-3 days. It has its own measurement cycle and measures heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen content. * Sports data can be integrated into the iPhone Health app. Display of heart rate, blood oxygen and blood pressure. * I noticed that the distance measurement is inaccurate, it is short compared to Apple Watch. Not sure why, I switch the units from miles to km and it still shows less than actual distance. showed 2.87 miles on 10/31. - 3.07 miles (4.94 km) and the clock showed 4.62 km on 11/05. - 2.24 miles (3.6 km) and the watch showed 3.35 km * I compared the blood pressure reading to the blood pressure from Omron Intelli-sense devices Pulse 56. The watch showed 119/74 and Pulse 56.10/23 - Omron wrist - 120/78 and heart rate 81. Watch showed 128/75 and heart rate 78.10/27 - Omron wrist - 128/91 and heart rate 80, watch showed 135/68 and heart rate 8511/05 - Omron wrist - 116/84 and heart rate 85th watch showed 140/73 and heart rate 85. Blood pressure readings were fluctuating and I couldn't tell if this was because I wear the watch on my right hand and an Omron device on my left arm. But the readings of the pulse or heart rate are very close to each other in most cases. Overall, I recommend this smartwatch based on features/price versus Apple watches.
