This is a good quality cart but overpriced (60 at the time) considering I've seen similar metal ones for less at Ikea and craft stores. But this is slightly different in that each tier is a high walled bin with open front. This is exactly what I wanted to organize cleaning products that sit on laundry room shelf. When I assembled, I used short poles between the bins and omitted the feet and wheels (it comes with extra poles you connect to increase height between tiers). It's good to know I have the option to convert it into a rolling cart and also change the storage height. It's sturdy, connects securely, and easy to assemble. I used a mallet to gently tap the pieces together. As you can see in photo, it's beige, not white--if that's important to you.
