Great product good quality brilliant concept for travelers to get through the TSA in less time avoiding the time to remove the belt. The problem is that TSA staff refused to accept the explanation that it's plastic and not metal, to the point where it's rude, humiliating and threatening if you don't comply. Even after not sounding the alarm about not being willing to accept their false beliefs. The manufacturer must train the TSA.
