GXA online store has an outstanding variety of electronics, security and surveillance equipment, and accessories, so I had great aspirations as a customer. My expectations were high going into my shopping experience, however they were not met. Although I had no trouble navigating the site, I was unable to make educated purchases due to the sparseness of the product descriptions. Because the pictures weren't always clear or detailed enough, I was worried about the quality of several of the things. Moreover, my experience with GXA's customer support was less than satisfactory. I had issues regarding a product and contacted customer assistance, but they were unresponsive and useless. When my purchase finally came, it had been damaged in transit and I had received no updates about its status. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience shopping from the GXA online site. If you're in the market for premium audio/video equipment, security/surveillance tools, or accessories, search elsewhere. If they value their consumers' trust and loyalty, companies will work to enhance their customer service and product descriptions.
