I liked that everything was available within one platform - it made sense for me as an end user/customer because all of my data is in this application (not many others have access). The UI wasn't great at first since some things were hidden away behind buttons you had no clue about until after clicking them multiple times without success before finding out what they did or didn't do. It's not perfect but we've been able use with little training from our IT department who has also helped us navigate any issues along th way through implementation so far. We are trying get better control over which users can see patient-specific information vs just general usage info across different hospital services like labs etc.. This helps keep patients protected by allowing only physicians / nurses authorized via NPI number be allowed into certain areas where there could potentially harm their privacy if someone else got hold off these credentials. I like how it allows me to run queries in one spot for different departments without needing multiple tools or systems! At first you need some training but that is helpful. The system can be very slow sometimes especially if there are large data sets being pulled from many sources. It's easy to see what needs improving as we have made changes to speed up our processes. We also use the program for patient care information specifically as part of their electronic medical records.
