Gifted to my 16 year old child. It's okay for her to see Netflix projected onto a billboard attached to her bedroom wall (or projected onto the ceiling) with the lights off, but that's about it. The benefit of this is simply that it provides a larger "screen" than the laptop itself. In order for what is being projected to be seen, the room MUST be dark and the wall (the surface you are projecting onto) white. It is extremely limited which devices connect to it. A laptop with an HDMI cable is the only thing we've been able to use so far. The sound is barely acceptable in a very quiet room. If you try to turn it up louder, the speaker will hum/rattle. Because it's small and light, it's very portable but not very useful. This is a novelty with the use of which there are more problems than advantages.
