Only had to use it once before it broke!
Broken after first use! I have used this machine on a terrible neck bend and it was fine. However, the second time I used it, I heard noises during use! I thought the machine shorted out and I was going to get electrocuted! I turned it off right away. After inspecting the product, I noticed that there is a broken part in the machine that rattles. I literally didn't get two uses from this machine. I am so disappointed.
