Installing the air intake was easy. If you have the necessary tools (8 and 10mm sockets, ratchet with extension, 9/16 wrench, pliers and scissors/scissors) you are done. It took me about an hour to find the tools, read the instructions and install it. If I had to do it again it would take 20-30 minutes. The sound it makes now is amazing. Check out the before and after video I've attached. The only issue I have is not seeing the big advertised power gain of 17hp. But sure there is. My 2012 Durango did 0-60 in 7.2 seconds when it had under 20,000 miles on it. I have a YouTube video about it. Now that it has about 70,000 miles it was about 8.2 seconds on the go. After I stop recording, I see about 7.7 seconds. So I regained about half of the lost horsepower. I'm happy enough with that. The best thing is the sound it makes now and the revs ramp up much faster. Maybe tuning will help. I also see some gain at higher speeds, but I don't have quarter mile data from my OEM input.
