Terrible product. Terrible experience. Only worked 3 months. Customer Service = Absolute Nightmare
The adapter stopped working after 3 months. I called support and was told repeatedly (>4 times) that the return period is 1 month. I asked at least 4 people during the phone call, which took up an hour of my day, to tell me to just agree that the product would only work for 3 months. Again, after 8 minutes of waiting, as a special, one-off exception (!), I was told that they would replace it with a new one. Forgive me if I'm skeptical about getting it.
