Review on πŸͺ‘ Antique Walnut Winsome Hamilton Seating by Pamela Jefferies

Bad Experience

First I assembled the Winsome Wood table. No problem. But these chairs are disappointing. Assembling the chair is a bit awkward as the screw holes close on one piece (e.g. the seat on the backrest or the leg on the set) or something. It would be easier if the hex wrench had a hex ball on both the short end and the other end so both ends would work, especially in tight spots. That was the least of my worries. There were no problems assembling the first chair. But SECOND! I spent a good deal of time on one side of the seatback assembly before realizing that the holes just weren't ready to accept the screw. I took photos to see the inside of the hole. In the end I gave up and finished the chair without her. THE IDEA OF PACKAGING ALL THESE FEATURES FOR REPLACEMENT WAS WORSE THAN HAVING A CHAIR WITH TWO SCREWS MISSING! In addition, the offending chair had a short leg that could be secured by attaching a "furniture motor" felt washer to the bottom of the leg. Were it not for this "unholy" experience, the chairs would be perfect. Winsome Wood Hamilton lounge chair with two piece backrest and ladder
