I bought this cart to use in my permanent makeup shop. I needed storage so I thought this would be great! First, let me tell you - it's very thin - cheap cheap chipboard. My husband said he didn't think the bottom of the boxes would last a bit because it's literally as thin as cereal paper! with over 400 pieces... not sure if that's true but you can imagine why it was slow! So he started assembling it, and he suggested a few things to do when you buy it: Use wood glue to put it together for extra strength! You can seal the cracks with something (sealant, glue or something else) for more strength. When he was almost at the end. to adding slide rails to the drawers to be able to open/close the drawers... he found there were only 4 sets of rails in the box! Should have been 5! (Photo #1-4) There are five boxes...not 4! So now I'm stuck in an impossible-to-complete shopping cart (photo #5) because this pathetic company sells products with missing parts! I've tried contacting the sellers to ask for a track set... to no avail! I'm just so bad I can scream! If I didn't NEED this cart SO BAD...I'd probably just chalk it up as a lesson in buying furniture from Revain! I'm so disappointed... What happened to good customer service? BTW...I didn't even think this purchase/seller deserved a star...the lack of response to my previous message meant the need for a bad review for me!
