I never leave reviews and I especially dislike leaving bad ones. I liked the size of this DVD player and was happy to buy it to watch all my old home videos that I have converted to DVDs. I also liked that it has a USB port to plug it in and watch videos that way. The size is perfect for my small one bedroom apartment. The first time I used it it was good. Easy to set up and everything. No complaints. The second day I used it, I watched the DVD and then hit pause. When I tried to press the play button, it didn't play. What's worse, the DVD won't eject. No matter what I've tried, my DVD is now in there. Such a disappointment for almost $50. The company offered to send me a new one for free so their customer service is great but now I have trust issues when using them and the player eating my DVD still doesn't help. I really need to find a way to get my home movie out of this! Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
