Do not place on the bottom of the oven.
I have a 3 year old electric oven. Do not place anything on the bottom of the oven. So place this tray on the oven rack at the bottom of the oven. This shelf is not used for cooking. Only the middle shelf is suitable for cooking. Now I can make another apple pie without ruining the bottom of the oven.
