I'm 5ft 8" 175# and bought M/L and it fits as expected, the 3/4 sleeves are ok they are 4-5" above the wrist so that You don't get things on them. As with the marked items they bother me so I'll remove them if this continues but that's not a problem, the most important thing is that the dress works. I took it out of very nice packaging and checked all the stitching and it's very well made, the material isn't heavy at all and offers a good 56 degree warmth for an early morning coffee on a shaded porch.
