I just recently purchased these shoes last minute to hike havasupai in the Grand Canyon. I had 1 week to break them in and then go on a 10 mile hike in, and a 10 mile out, plus additional hiking while I’m down there. These shoes were great! I only got one blister the entire time and it was in between two toes. and in all honesty I think it was my sock being too tight. I doubled up my socks while wearing my shoes because I will say the back of the heel is very stiff. BUT I definitely feel like I have a crazy amount of grip. I even walked through a mass amount of streams and never got water inside my shoe! Definitely recommend. Go with your true size, and if you’re half sizes I’d probably go up because they are little more stiff so your feet do feel a little constrained. but at least you don’t get shooting pins in the top of your arch because of it!
