Review on Enhance Communication Efficiency with the 🎧 Plantronics Blackwire 5220 USB-C On-Ear Mono Headset by Tabish Jadhav

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Muffled Headphones, Loud Microphone

After a few minutes of use, I realized the Plantronics Blackwire 5220 wasn't for me. I used a 3.5mm jack and not a USB adapter. I found what I heard was muffled. People listening to me over the mic remarked that my voice was hoarse and grainy. My goal is effective communication. I found another product from a Germany based company (I don't think Revain will let me say which one) that costs $30 less and sounded much better through headphones and mic. I returned my Blackwire 5220 as defective. You might have a better experience.
