    The light no longer works after a week.

    I received this product about 2 weeks ago. 1st week it worked fine, 2nd week I can't use it anymore and it doesn't recognize the headset. I've tried troubleshooting (by going to device manager) but the light still doesn't come on even though it's already plugged in. It is good that our company reimbursed this cost.

    Excellent Quality, Best in the Computers and Accessories Category

    The sound quality when listening to music is better than I expected. Most of the time I had to switch to the Sennheiser CX300 II Precision to listen to music when I needed maximum precision. Now these headphones give me almost the same accuracy as Sennheiser in-ear headphones. Comfortable: yes!     Get these headphones

    I was very concerned about the noise cancellation because I'm at home and I'm very impressed with how much noise is canceled with these headphones. Even with my mixer on, my voice was loud and clear. In addition, these headphones are very comfortable. I spend 5 hours a day teaching and I feel nothing but comfort. I highly recommend these headphones.

    I was happy when I received it quickly - I liked the color and it doesn't feel cheap - it feels strong - and no problems adjustable but from the 2nd week of november - i noticed that it started to have connection problems - i had to disconnect and reconnect - you know how it is when the iphone charger starts not charging - that is it's what I'm scared of - it's been less than 3 months since I bought it so it's too early for problems - I'm scared to disconnect my laptop now - but I need to take…

    Great voice headset.

    The wearing comfort is good, enough pressure on the ear. The noise cancellation seems fine, I'm not in a noisy room, I can't hear the TV when it's on, I can't hear trains passing my house. The sound quality is also good. Everything seems fine on the other end of the line as long as nobody complains. From time to time I have asked about the quality of the call and so far I have been heard well. The best part because it works with my Samsung S21 Ultra and all the buttons work.

    Good quality in this price range

    After the mass-produced Bluetooth headphones failed, wired ones were used for reasons of durability. The quality of the incoming audio is surprisingly good at the moment. Used as Dragon mic, works very well (not top notch). It's not as accurate as the Sennheisen, but it doesn't last as long, so I'm willing to pay a lot less and get a comfortable mic with good sound and more reliability. I really wish the cable wasn't so long and/or straight USB-C without having to use the (included) adapter…

    Hmmm. Expected $80 more

    It's weird when I plug in these headphones they automatically turn the volume down to mute the sound. I can see the volume decreasing and I can't turn the volume up. The options appear depending on which headset I have. I usually use headphones with a mic, but these are causing the problem. When I choose a regular headset, it sounds like I'm vacuuming and no one can hear anything. convenient but doesn't work very well.

    Echo or reverberation when using a USB connection on Macbook Pro Catalina OS

    I had previously ordered the same brand and model Plantronics Blackwire 5220 USB-C. Both had the same problem. When connected through a USB connection on a Macbook Pro Catalina OS, people hear 2 voices as an echo. I thought the first one was defective but 2 out of 2 have the same issue so I won't waste my time on this again.

    After a few minutes of use, I realized the Plantronics Blackwire 5220 wasn't for me. I used a 3.5mm jack and not a USB adapter. I found what I heard was muffled. People listening to me over the mic remarked that my voice was hoarse and grainy. My goal is effective communication. I found another product from a Germany based company (I don't think Revain will let me say which one) that costs $30 less and sounded much better through headphones and mic.     Very happy with this headset

    Firstly I wear this now for example when I'm not using the headset. Featuring hard-padded headphones, this headset blocks out a significant amount of background noise. This isn't noise cancellation, it's noise cancellation due to the hard plastic backing of the earcups. It's also very convenient. Because of these qualities, I wear this headset very often when I don't intend to use it, except in a quiet place with reduced background noise and nice and warm padded ears.
