Very easy for me with no training at all! I can log in, track activity like pickups or deliveries of items easily without having other software installed that would do it better (like HubSpot).
We have used this as an inventory tracking system which helps us keep our books up-to date when we are doing construction work so there aren't huge holes between invoices being sent out vs what's actually been paid yet by customers/contractors etc.. It makes things very clear where they're coming from & going too but also lets people know how much money has come into their accounts since last time around if its not updated immediately via email reminder emails / mobile notifications ect... The only thing i dislike about working through my website instead off using another service such Google Sheets - because sometimes updates don’t sync until next day making.
