The best part about this software is that it allows us as small business owners, to easily manage our entire ecommerce platform without having any technical knowledge at all! And we can make changes whenever needed which really helps in running an efficient operation with no problems ever encountered by me so far. Also they have great customer support team who always help out when I need them most of time within minutes only. So far there are not many issues but if found one then just contact their sales department or else post here since i am also working from home in case someone has similar issue like mine while using OS Commerce product. My main problem was managing my whole site including shipping options through single control panel provided by OSCOMMERCE (OSC) itself instead going ahead manually each step took lot more efforts than what could be done otherwise.
