Good choice for tabletop ovens!

I was looking for a pan with a sturdy handle and lid for my Breville oven/fryer. I love oven-cooked (non-microwaveable) dishes and often need small plates with lids for side dishes and desserts. They bake well and clean like wind in a dishwasher. They are great for serving sauces and individual company desserts. Small enough to easily fit in the small space between the countertop and the cupboard. Of course, if you need microwave utensils to reheat, they're great for that too!
