I combined it with round HiKARI dots with a yellow stripe in the middle. The lighting is excellent. On the suspension is a rather silly oval control switch with 2 LEDs and 2 buttons. Each switch controls a relay intended for connection to Hikari combination lights. Mine are round with intense white light and an amber stripe down the middle. The left button controls the white light while the right button controls the yellow. The blinking yellow feature is annoying because it turns on unpredictably from time to time. From the cockpit it is impossible to know if your "yellows" are flashing or not. Therefore, you must remember to toggle the switch from ON (steady) to OFF, then to ON (flashing) and back to OFF if you don't want to scare anyone. PLUS: Sometimes the yellow ones flash by themselves. Another night car after another drove down the side road in front of me. I thought they were nice and let me through until I noticed a flickering yellow light on a street sign. My lights blinked! I'll probably replace the switch control part and if that doesn't help I'll replace the entire wiring harness. Or maybe I'll just bypass the amber light control and hook it up to my DRL system. For reference, the first belt I received had an issue where the light went out (through the LED indicator) and then slowly and gradually came back on. 5 minutes. At least the company sent a replacement immediately. It didn't have such a problem, but it's still a little flaky.
