I bought a tilt cylinder for my tractor front loader. Installation was easy and straightforward. Just install a pin on each end, add hydraulic lines and you're good to go. The cylinder worked fine for the first start or so. Then a problem arose when the cylinder shaft was bent. Remember that the old cylinder is never bent on the other side. So I called to get a returns number. I just found out that a bent shaft is not covered under warranty. I emailed the head of customer service lady only to receive an email that had no guarantee. The cylinder was installed incorrectly. So beware if you buy cheap Chinese stuff be prepared to replace it as it is not under warranty if it breaks.
