I'm approaching 70 and the only thing I can say about it is WoW! I don't like applying in a tube, but I squeeze a little on my hand and then use a brush, like an artist's palette, for a precise application. It's long lasting (I use it over foundation), doesn't clump or settle on fine lines, and it hides my under-eye circles better than anything I've found. To be honest I have about three other concealers (always looking for the best) and I could throw them all away. This is my keeper!
