I'll start by saying I have 6 (yes, 6!) Newfoundlands and 3 kids at home. My vacuum cleaner is a beast and this is the second time since I've owned it (6 years!) that I've ordered these filters. They are better than the original ones that came with them. I can absolutely recommend them. The HEPA filter also fits my vacuum perfectly and seems to work great too. In my house, I NEED a washable vacuum cleaner filter that actually cleans and keeps doing its job, and that's about it. I just use Dawn dish soap to clean both washable filters at least once a week and it works really well. Tip: I put a few drops of essential oil in the soap when I wash it and when the filter is dry. and back into a vacuum when I use it smells great. You can thank me later!
