The product ordered looked like the picture, the description corresponded to reality and what you expected from this product. However, the necklace was placed in a pouch and then a ziplock plastic bag, which allowed the necklace to fall off and become a large knot. impossible and the chain is broken - it means that the thing cannot be given. I'm trying to figure out how to "remap" the key and heart to salvage something from this order, but it doesn't look promising. Luckily having to throw it away wasn't an expensive purchase :( It would be in the company's interest to either mount such a trinket to something stationary if they don't want to mount it in a box so the chain is pinned down and doesn't float free .
