This case is a great alternative to the Tandem Flip Case. At night I wear it under my pajamas, just below and next to the CGM Sensor/Transmitter. I haven't used the belt loops yet because the clip works well. I have a tandem flap bag on my desk waiting to be replaced with the loop side of the Velcro - the loops wear out in less than 2 hours. Months. This case works so well that I can never fix the tandem case.
