It’s easy for users who have little knowledge about IT architecture but are familiar with other software platforms like Microsoft Office or Google Doc tools - this allows them easily navigate through it without requiring much technical expertise! The cloud-based platform also enables us as an organization to share important data across all sites via one console; thus allowing seamless collaboration between teams spread out over different locations. There really aren't any downsides at present in our usage so far either – however we've had only limited exposure within its capabilities compared against some well known competitors such has SharePoint Online & CSC O365 etc., I donot believe there would be many benefits from switching now since current functionality works fairly effectively already given what they offer currently anyway? Our main challenge right know though relates more towards finding additional modules where certain business processes could benefit further than their standard offering provides e.g.: Invoice Payments management using Paypal / Stripe integrations perhaps?! I like the fact that it is able to integrate with Salesforce and other CRM platforms to make data more accessible across our organization. The UI looks very outdated compared to some newer offerings out there - but could be made better. We are still in the testing phases so nothing has been set in stone yet. It's great for helping us to understand what our customers' requirements are before we go ahead and build the solution.
