Used to use this for about 6 or 7 years. Going back to the natural curly girl, I gave it to my sister who magically broke it. Fast forward to last year's Thanksgiving when I straightened my hair with some crappy HSI and ended up with heat damage and frizz 😣 Can't wait for North Carolina fall/winter to start using it. I ordered direct from Revain in hopes that this would fix any issues with the FHI iron. It comes in a nice box, has a case and a mat! Update 12/05/19: I've had this iron for a long time and still love it! The ceramic plate even removes dirt from your hair. So wipe people's sides and stop complaining it's iron. It's an extension in your hair! 😊
