We don't know if it works because the bucket doesn't freeze in our freezer. We left the bucket in the freezer for 5 days and it still hasn't frozen which is a must. I tried to return the product but the company won't accept returns after the product has been used. I have a problem with this! We don't know if the product is defective or if our freezer isn't freezing enough (it's set to the lowest temperature). In principle, this article cannot be exchanged, EVEN IF DEFECTIVE.
