Pure Fan Auto Review (not the one button model)

I've been looking for the previous version of this fan for a long time and during the Prime Summer Sale (2021) I received a newer version of this fan called Pure Fan Auto. Since it looks like I'll be the first to write a review of the new model, I figured it might help others. This is being written after owning the fan for a few days. I will update if anything changes significantly from my first experience. Starting with the looks, I love it. The short legs look modern and appear to be made of wood, but they are made of resin. It doesn't look cheap, in case you're interested. But that's always subjective. Now to the most important thing - to the filter. I like it. I suffer from allergies and so far the last two days have been amazing. We sleep with fans on and I really believe it helps get rid of dust and allergens that are affecting my sleep. According to the instructions, the filter should be changed every 6 months. $25 for a filter, that may be expensive, but hey, if it helps me sleep, it's priceless. The filter comes with this outer pre-filter cloth that covers the actual filter. The box also included a replacement outer case. Once you get it, you don't really need to install or do anything. My advice is to watch it on YouTube so you can see how it's analyzed (I did). The best thing about the car is that you have all of these options. Low Medium High. Auto does its thing and claims to eliminate allergens. For you personally, the best settings are Low, Medium and High. Negative comes next. The sleep mode sounded amazing. No light disturbs your sleep. If you press this setting, the lights (thin blue in the top left corner of the fan) will turn off within a minute of turning on. The problem is that hibernation only works at low levels. What a terrible decision. Good for a while but not on hot nights where higher settings would be much better. I'll try blocking the light with some good quality tape that doesn't leave a mark and should fix the problem. Problem. Not the best idea at this price point, but hey, it is what it is. I don't know what they were thinking when they designed it that way. Some of us don't mind loud fan noise when we sleep. The sound of the fan running at high speed is loud. I don't find it any different than any other fan I have, including my Vornado. Again, sound is subjective to humans, so this is just my opinion. Finally, I found the company's customer service very good, but lacking on many levels. There really isn't a live person on the other end of their chat. We'll call you back in a few days. I have sent an E-Mail. Nothing. Another time I called and the recording said they were all in a meeting and would call back (I didn't bother to leave a message). Finally I tried again while waiting and spoke to someone who was professional and very pleasant but. I felt like I knew a little more about the product than they did. It's embarrassing. I know this is new, but it was an odd conversation. Maybe a random one off thing. No judgement, thankful I spoke to someone who was nice in the US too so communication was normal. do i hold it Definitely. If anything goes wrong, it's the goalkeeper. Sleeping without traffic jams is priceless. Fan and filter at the same time.gold. I'm glad I bought it during the prime sale because the full price didn't make up for the lack of design.
