*Updated. The supplier contacted us about our concerns about the product based on the review. We were very pleased that they support their product and appreciate the feedback from their customers. It is rare that there is a company interested in contacting a customer to ensure their satisfaction. Having been using the product for over a month the quality is superb and we will definitely be ordering these cartridges again if we need them again. We recommend this product. We have received our refill cartridges for our HP printers. We were happy with the price of refilling the cartridges but didn't know the steps required to get them working when we replaced them. A genuine HP cartridge has a small chip that must be removed and inserted into a refill cartridge before it can be used. There were no instructions in the box to find out about this, we only had one member of staff who already knew about it. After that we figured it out, the cartridge was installed and working properly. The printout still shows 'toner low' but there may be a reset for this, we have not contacted our IT to verify this. It's a bit more work after all, but cost savings are important to our school and we will order these replacement parts again if we need them.
