Review on Loew-Cornell 245B Brush Set: 25-Pack, Multi-Colored Brushes for Art & Crafts by Melody Stephens

I was hoping for the best. Loew Cornell is a quality brand and I figured if their name was on it they should be fine. What I didn't know was that her name is only on the plastic bag. A plastic bag that ripped to shreds when opened. The brushes are labeled Modern Crafts and are all made specifically for this brush set. Many of the brushes have bristles that stick right out of the box. Some of the brushes are warped and the wood is of rather poor quality. I'm hoping a little alcohol will dissolve what's holding them together, but I'm not too hopeful. Basically, the price seems too good to be true, because it is. Save money and buy some brushes to use.
