The motor destroyed the wheel. I got everything and assembled it with some difficulty. The instructions are terrible and I had to watch several videos online, but finally got it together. At first, everything worked fine. I wasn't getting the power I expected, but it was functional. My speed quickly deteriorated though, and when I investigated I could see the motorized wheel had started to twist and was rubbing on the brake pad. I took it into a bike shop and they said the motor was too strong for the wheel and the torque pulled it out of round. No fixing it. Don't buy this product!
