The process involved with implementing a solution is well defined and easy to understand. It can be deployed into any environment which makes integration effortless. As an organization we are able to easily implement solutions into various environments. This means we don't have to develop code for each new deployment we do. There was some learning curve associated with solving the challenges of integrating different applications but once you get your head around it, it's very straight forward. I would love to see more data driven options in the product as it would make it easier to understand what type of data needs to be collected and how best integrate this data. We've been using Byside to manage, track, analyse and optimize email campaigns to improve ROI. The fact that they are always looking for new ways to improve their products is great! They have improved my website in many different aspects so far, we can say it's been successful so far. I would like to mention some improvements, but nothing specific yet. As an agency working together with them, i'm sure you will see how much more professional and efficient everything works out there now.
