Not great cooling. Bad user interface.

I replaced a 30 year old Kenmore with this wall mounted air conditioner/heater. I thought it would be a big update. It's not like this. It's a little quieter and cools my 300 m². Feet takes several hours. The remote's UI is poor - for example, it only shows the current room temperature in Follow Me mode, and the device itself never shows the actual room temperature. Too expensive to remove and send back, but if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have bought it.

Pros
