I was looking for a replacement for my Roku that was too limited in features and too expensive for the features I need. However, when I plugged it in, there was no video streaming. channels I want. When I used the PlayStore to add the first one, the system froze. It didn't reboot and there was no hard reset. No warranty or customer support. I was glad the problem arose as soon as I contacted Revain support about the product and returned the product they recommended (within thirty days).
