My device was working fine until yesterday. No connection to the Internet is established. I bought another one and it works great. What should I do if the connection to my WLAN is interrupted?

I was looking for a replacement for my Roku that was too limited in features and too expensive for the features I need. However, when I plugged it in, there was no video streaming. channels I want. When I used the PlayStore to add the first one, the system froze. It didn't reboot and there was no hard reset. No warranty or customer support. I was glad the problem arose as soon as I contacted Revain support about the product and returned the product they recommended (within thirty days).

The box is really small and has a great picture but it's so hard to operate with the included remote control. Also, after a few months of use, I started having problems. It seems like I'm looking at something, it restarts itself and I have to start over.

Ethernet connector is OK with the maximum speed of 1000M5G Wi-Fi should be 1000M but it works very poorly on 10M. It looks like it's either bad WiFi receiver hardware or bad firmware. It couldn't be repaired anyway so I had to send it back. The seller simply denied having a problem but I tested it with many speed testers and they all showed the same 10M Max 5G Wifi. 2G WiFi is about 50M.

I didn't like it after setting up the box with applications. I couldn't connect to any of them. Not even Google. Constantly said no connection. It was the next day. I did a factory reset and also a hard reset and still nothing. Since there are no vents, I wonder if the inside of the device gets warm. I spent $50 on a remote and power adapter for my Kingbox K3, which works great. Thought of upgrading but got a brick.

I cannot comment on the stock usage for this box. But running Kodi over CoreELEC is great. No questions. WiFi works great. A third-party remote was used here and had no problems. It also runs EmuELEC and the performance is ok. Works well with 8 and 16 bit systems. PS1 works fine too. The N64 and Dreamcast struggle a bit, but simpler games work well.
