Unusable, returned
I was looking for a replacement for my Roku which is too limited in features and too expensive for the features I need. However, when I plugged it in, none of the streaming channels I wanted were there. When I used the PlayStore to add the first one, the system froze. It didn't reboot and there was no hard reset. No warranty or customer support. I was glad the problem arose as soon as I contacted Revain support about the product and returned the product they recommended (within 30 days).
