For a corded drill, this drill is unmatched. Very durable and made of very thin materials. Easy to set up, easy to use. I've seen complaints about this model having shaky ammo, but this one is absolutely straight and true, no matter how small or very large. The trigger is very easy to control; smooth transitions from very slow to absolute speed peaks. Not overly loud but gets up and leaves when the work gets tough. In addition, it is very comfortable to hold and use, even in a narrow space or long-term hard work. I don't think it could ever overheat because the fan sucks in large amounts of air. Absolutely first class drill that I have wanted to buy for a long time. Many thanks to DeWalt and Revain for making this so accessible and possible. Update 14/01/2014: There were a few glitches with a chuck that behaved as if something was holding it down when opening and closing the bit. I didn't see anything wrong but the problem persisted and finally I opened the cartridge about halfway and put a few drops of Castrol synthetic motor oil in the hole around the edges. I held the end of the chuck with my fingers and slowly moved the drill back and forth with the chuck pointing up causing it to close and open the jaws several times and the problem went away. I've used the drill a few times since then and the chuck runs very smoothly with no indication of the original mount. Just thought it might be useful for someone.
