Hair became sticky and fell out
I use this shampoo and conditioner twice a week and am very disappointed. I used it exactly as intended. After the first use, the hair looked good, but not perfect. After the second use I had to rinse and rinse and rinse and my hair still didn't feel "clean". After using the conditioner my hair became coarse and straggly and literally fell out all day! I left a large clump of hair in the shower drain and it comes out if I touch it all day. This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used.
